AI Short Factory (“we”, “us”) operates AISHORT, a social media scheduling tool. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data We Collect

Account data: your email address, used to log in to your AISHORT dashboard.
TikTok data (only after you connect your account through TikTok’s official authorization): your TikTok username, profile information, and the videos you choose to schedule or publish. We access this data solely through TikTok’s APIs and only with the permissions you grant.

How We Use Data

We use your data only to operate the Service: authenticating you, connecting your TikTok account, and publishing the content you schedule. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties except as required to operate the Service (for example, transmitting your scheduled videos to TikTok at your request).

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on our own private server. We apply reasonable technical safeguards to protect it.

Your Rights

You may disconnect your TikTok account at any time from your AISHORT dashboard, which revokes our API access. You may request deletion of your account data by emailing us.
