These Terms of Service govern your use of AISHORT, a social media scheduling tool operated by AI Short Factory (“we”, “us”).
The Service
AISHORT lets you connect your TikTok account and schedule or publish videos through TikTok’s official APIs from a self-hosted dashboard.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by TikTok in your country) to use the Service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to post content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, or that violates TikTok’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or violate these terms.
Your Content
You keep full ownership of the videos and text you publish through AISHORT. By using the Service you grant us only the technical permission needed to transmit your content to TikTok on your behalf, as you instructed.
Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with TikTok. Your use of TikTok remains governed by TikTok’s own terms and policies.
Availability
The Service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
